Responsibilities:
- Supervise the manufacturing process, quickly address technical issues, and ensure efficient production line operation.
- Coordinate with headquarters to implement and localize the production process.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical and process documentation.
- Assist with trials for new products and technology transfers by providing technical expertise.
- Contribute to overseas product transfers, including translation and document management.
- Be open to occasional overseas travel to assist with product transfers and technical support for global projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in optical device/ fiber optic manufacturing.
- Good command of English for reading and communication.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, experience in writing documents in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to manage work pressures effectively.
- Able to travel abroad for short-term assignments, experience in international product transfers is an advantage.
