Parts Data Analysis Planner
(Chonburi)
Job Description:
- The Parts Data Analyst is responsible for analyze the moving data of Spare part and Equipment sale in APAC in order to set the safety stock, scheduling the shipment of both Spare part and Equipment.
- Ensure inventory turn over is match with business growth.
- Scheduling with concern parties such as Suppliers, Intercompany in order to delivery Goods as required on time.
- Manage Inventory level to match with business growth.
- Analyze the sale historical data and dynamically set min-max stock periodically.
- Work closely with Import person in order to ensure all required documents shipped along with the shipment.
- Liaise with team and internal departments to ensure all product shipped scheduled.
- 2 tiers BOM creation.
- Identify source of purchase according to existing data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 year in Material planning, purchasing, BOM Etc.
- Experience with SAP with emphasis on SD/MM/PP functions preferred.
- Strong Analytic skill.
- Must possess a basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
