Job Summary: Our company is a boiler manufacturer based in Samut Sakhon, Thailand. With the product is Steam Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters, Energy-Saving Machinery, and Customized Boiler Design & Maintenance Services.

As a collaborative venture between two leading industry players, we integrate technical expertise and operational excellence to deliver high-quality boiler systems and energy-efficient machinery to clients across various sectors.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans to align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire plant operation including production, quality control, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, machine utilization, and overall profitability.
  • Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet both customer specifications and international standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to maintain a high-performance work culture.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to innovate and improve boiler system designs and energy-saving machinery.
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws and international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
  • Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence.
  • Represent the company in key meetings, audits, and stakeholder engagements.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in boiler manufacturing or industrial machinery production is highly advantageous.
  • Strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
