Procurement Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the purchasing of raw materials, copper, spare parts for machinery, manufacturing equipment, and accessories.

• Procure raw materials, copper, spare parts, machinery, equipment, and accessories in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Conduct sourcing, negotiation, and procurement planning to ensure optimal pricing and quality of purchases.
• Oversee and supervise the procurement and administrative team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to plan procurement strategies and conduct cost comparisons.
• Utilize your expertise in purchasing and negotiation to facilitate new plant setups and warehouse movements effectively.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related filed, supply chain management or engineering, is advertage. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing roles.

• Proven track record in purchasing raw materials, copper, spare parts, machinery, and equipment.

• Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to procurement planning.

• Experience in leading and managing a team of procurement professionals.

• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Good communication and proactive personality.

• Familiarity with new plant setup processes and warehouse movements.
