Key Responsibilities
Developing a roadmap and team strategy with specific goals and milestones that align with the organization's strategic
Preparing budgets for product development projects and managing expense
Directing and creating merchandising plans, pricing and operational system to deliver product and services that create customer's world class
Managing the team which including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees
Building, developing, and lead a strong, energetic, productive and creative team
Negotiating the cost matrix with customer which including labor and embellishment cost
Collaborating with other functions and departments to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas that elevated working process
Proactively contribute to key strategic digital initiatives to drive the busines
Qualification
Must have leadership skills
Fluent level of English language ability
The ability to multitask and problem solve is also needed
Knowledge of computer and software program is required
Strong working experience and knowledge in merchandising or relate to textile business
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or similar subject
First class interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Must have strong conceptual innovation management skills
