Product Engineer (PCBA,Optical and RF)

Job Description

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from development to mass production for assigned product lines (PCBA, Optical, or RF).
• Work directly with contract manufacturers to manage product build readiness, resolve technical issues, and maintain production quality.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and NPI teams to ensure product requirements are met.
• Lead DFX (Design for Manufacturability, Testability, Cost) review processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action with CMs.
• Support qualification activities, including process validation, component evaluation, and reliability testing.
• Track and report production yield, quality issues, and key KPIs to internal teams.
• Maintain documentation such as BOMs, build instructions, ECNs, and test plans.
• Act as the technical point of contact for product-specific inquiries from internal teams and CMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields.

• 3-8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: PCBA manufacturing and test processes, Optical components / optical communication modules, RF design and production (antenna, transceivers, modules)
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and understanding of outsourced production models.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools.
• Proficient in reading schematics, layout files, and mechanical drawings.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
