Job Description:
- Develop a comprehensive product category strategy and growth objectives, encompassing areas such as new product commercialization, sales budgeting, inventory management, demand forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Promote and ensure collaboration across departments, including Brand Marketing, Sales, JSS, Service, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams.
- Conduct market and competitive research targeting professional trade users and applications to identify new product opportunities and effectively position products in the market.
- Bring new products to market by conducting market and product research, performing competitive analysis, establishing price positioning, forecasting demand, crafting product messaging, developing marketing assets, providing sales training, and offering post-launch support.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 1 year of experience in Product Management, Marketing, and/or Sales.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Practical mindset with technical or mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
- Comfortable and open to working in commercial and residential job sites, including making end-user visits, sales calls, distributor visits, and conducting field tests.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
