Product Trainer - Mobile Phone

Responsibilities:

• Planned, develop, and coordinate product training programs focusing on mobile phone devices

• Prepare training materials, develop instructional content, determine methodology for staffs

• Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities increasing the knowledge of exiting and new products

• Revise training plans to meet new training requirements and kept technical information up to date

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a mobile phone business as a Product Trainer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable presenting to groups

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
