Responsibility
- Supervise subordinates to ensure that the duties & assignments carried out meet or exceed the expectations
- Problem analysis and solving, quality issue report to top management and take corrective actions
- Manage a team responsible for the new project and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment
- Supervise the operation of the department. Including the accuracy of the document system
- Follow up KPI to achieve company target
Qualification
- Age 35 years up
- Bachelor of Industrial engineer, Mechanical engineer or relate fields
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Have experience of new project in automotive (PPAP, PFMEA, APQP)
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong leadership
