Production Manager
Responsibilities:

• Control day to day production at highly efficient level to meet with operation's throughput and quality target.
• Coordinate with production planner to maximize capacity and satisfy with customer delivery requirement.
• Work closely with team to reduce machine downtime and improvement.
• Forecast and recommend on labor requirements as per operations plan.
• Ensure new & current production staff is properly trained in safety and quality procedure.
• Production Safety, Quality and Productivity improvement. Plan and manage production output.
• Monitor, analyze and report on production related KPIs, process performance, improvement and general issues.
• Reporting to the supervisor and review production capacity and manage manpower following company policy.
• Analyze the process and production problems and do trouble shooting if required to ensure smooth operation running.
• Coordinate with other personnel concerning production activities.
• Other tasks assignment by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 7 years' experience in Production.
• Experience in Production Safety, Quality and Productivity Improvement, Plan Manage Production Output.
• Have knowledge in Productivity, OEE, Improvement Loss Skill.
• Have Coaching and Communication Skill.
• Familiar with ISO13485 and ISO90001.
• Strong on production management and leadership, process leading with lean and six sigma, problem analysis and problem solving and people and development management plan.
• Good communication and writing skills of English language.
• Possess "can do" attitude, People oriented person with service mind.
• Able to articulate ideas well, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and challenges with positive work attitude and approach.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work as a team.

NPI Asst Manager
Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and motivate a team within a dynamic environment
• Responsible for pilot line in new product set-up and launching.
• Analyse product process capability and study the process corner and process window.
• Interact and corporate with production, engineering, and quality assurance team to ensure product transfers are smooth and meet criteria.
• Initiate continuous quality improvement projects.
• Responsible for the costing and budget. Overall planning, scheduling, and resource deployment.
• Partner with and support the R&D /Application engineer team in experiment and sample-making to enable the realization of technology roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 8 years of work experience, including 2-3 years of management exposure.
• Good leadership and coaching skills with the ability to interact with subordinate.
• Good in English.

Quality Manager
Responsibilities:

• Manage, control, motivate, and coaching the QC & QA team to achieve the goals in term of Quality Control and Quality Assurance including support to drive the system global standard and Lean manufacturing to improve the business results.
• Manage the overall QC & QA to ensure the full execution of all services delivered to customers, including ensuring that the QC & QA cost is effective.
• Control PPM to achieve customer target and take corrective action with quality problem.
• Manage Quality Management System, Customer Complain and DCC, IQA, SPC, MSA.
• Support the business planning, budget, continuous improvement, and cost saving measures.
• Monitor Quality standards and implement the quality built-in process concept.
• Arrange documents & Internal audit & Management review in IATF 16949, ISO 14001.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering fields or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in Automotive and / or Plastics Injection industry, plus 5 years in management level.
• Good relationship, supervisory skill, strong leadership, and positive attitude.
• Good command in English.
• Good interpersonal skill and work effectively as a team.
• Knowledge of Quality system requirements.
• Having good knowledge in ISO/AITS 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS and Lean manufacturing.
