Job description
- Developing production plans based on demand forecasts from sales team, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Creating production schedules that optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Evaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals.
- Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends.
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment of production plans.
- Monitoring and analyzing production performance.
- Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
- Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, industrial or any related field.
- Technical knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Auto-cad etc.
- Have experience of project management, cost and production control.
- English communication skill.
- Self-confidence and strong decision-making skills.
- Able work under pressure and time limit.
