Production Supervisor (Packaging Product) Position:
Responsibility:
- Supervise the production in order to match quantity, quality and delivery dates for ordered sleeves. To train the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality and punctual delivery of the product as well as a good general discipline.
- Supervise and coordinate the shift to produce sleeves to agree output levels with a maximum conformance to agreed order to delivery time cycles.
- Improve continuously efficiency, waste level and productivity.
- Coach and train up the staff to achieve maximum potential, capability and job flexibility with good discipline.
- Cooperate and participate in the development of existing and new products, processes.
- Liaise and cooperate with the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency.
- Keep machines, equipment and are to given standards.
- Handle additional task in co-operation with Production Manager.
- Follow safety, environmental, dress-code, HACCP, GMP, ISO and company rules and regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering related to the fields of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience in production or shop floor management
- Able to work on shift and strong shop floor people management skill.
- Good English communication.
- MS Office, SAP.
