Production Supervisor (Packaging Product) Position:
Responsibility:
- To supervise and coordinate the shift in the Extrusion Department to produce laminated reels to agreed standards.
- To improve continuously complete daily production plan, Manpower, control line efficiency, control waste level and productivity and complete start up check list before production change.
- To coach and train up the staff to achieve maximum potential, capability and job flexibility.
- To organize that work is according the safety and environmental regulations.
- To cooperate and participate in the development for existing and new products.
- To control actual incoming before produce production raw material and laminated stocks, update raw material status, interface and SAP monitoring.
- To liaise and cooperate with the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency by concentrate and create and complete daily maintenance work order.
- Scheduling and control record of department cleaning program.
- Handling shift transfer daily information before shift change.
- Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Gifts Policy, Data Privacy, Acceptale Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety.
- Follow safety, environmental, dress-code, HACCP, GMP, ISO and company rules and regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering related to the fields of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in production or shop floor management for plastics extrusion process.
- Able to work on shift and strong shop floor people management skill.
- Good English communication.
- MS Office, SAP.
