Program Engineer 60K / Manager 120K Electronics MFG Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Lead to support new product testing evaluation and validation
• Establish necessary quality plan to assure that customer quality requirements are met
• Overall responses in performance, efficiently, strategy of evaluation and inspection
• Establish the evaluating process, quality control process are meet customer satisfaction and requirement
• Monitoring, analysis and implement any corrective action to improve the quality of products
• Manage/Supervise/Monitor manpower and allocate people to support quality activity
• Summary a problem and defect information to be analysis for quality improvement
• Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement plans
• Manage inspection process control (sampling & audit and rejected / process data analysis and take actions)
• Manage outgoing product quality and perform pre-shipment audit
• Support customer audit plan and vehicle inspection with sign-off process
• Support new project implementation to update final quality standards
• Setup action plan to support company mission / goal and ensure that all of action plan compliance with all operational of Quality Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher of Engineering or any related fields
• Experienced in Program Manager working with Electronics or Automotive manufacturing company
• Good of English
