Responsibility:
- Overseeing and coordinating construction projects, including managing timelines and schedules. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project schedules, and addressing technical and logistical challenges on-site.
- Responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Address and resolve on-site issues, including technical challenges related to electrical work, and plumbing.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget reports.
- Order and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide regular project updates to management and team members.
- Handling logistics like material orders and deliveries.
- Technical knowledge in areas like electrical installations, and general construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 8-10 years' experience in project management or construction
- Proven experience in construction project management or coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, electrical installations, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Able to work in Chonburi and Eastern area.
