Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and Master's degree in business administrative is advantage
• Experienced in automotive industry
• Experienced in Manufacturing or Engineering or Quality or Supply Chain functions at least 5 years
• Currently work in the position of project manager or new model launch manager at least 3 years
• Very good communication in English
• Understand commercial and financial term i.e. costs, prices, investment, IRR, NPA, PBP
• Personal skills to manage functional organization
• Quality standards (FMEAs, AQP, Process, Logistic,…)
• Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing cost
• Knowledge of Automotive development (5/7 years)
• Get successful development experience as Process Engineering PTM and/or Production and /or Logistic (3/5 years)
