Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting strategy, policy, planning, procurement management, recruitment management and select new vendors, supervise and advise procurement staff efficiently by using negotiations
- To carry out the purchase and delivery of raw materials, materials, machinery, equipment, chemicals to meet the needs of the production plant.
Managing, controlling, supervising, and evaluating the performance of each service provider to meet the specified goals.- Define strategies, goals, key performance indicators (KPI), and operational plan for Logistic including guideline for performance evaluation in accordance with company goals and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Administration or relevant
- At least 12 years experienced in Supply Chain/Logistic Management, Purchasing & Warehouse
- Good knowledge of knowledge of cost management, budget management, and Purchasing Management
- Good communicate in English (writing and communicating)
- Good analytical problem solving skill and commercial minded with strong negotiation skill
- Able to work at company location.
