QA Automation Engineer

​Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the product meets the customer requirements

• Maintain the quality

• Create detailed and comprehensive test cases

• Create automation testing scripts when possible

• Do manual testing on non-automated areas

• Reports issues and bugs in Jira

• Report to the QA Lead

• Communicate with the Devs regarding bugs and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of test automation experience

• Experience with automation frameworks for both web and mobile applications, utilizing WebDriver based infrastructures (Appium & Robot Frameworks)

• Good knowledge of HTML, XML, XPATH and CSS

• Test automation experience in testing API’s for web and mobile apps and familiarity of tools like Postman or Insomnia

• Previously worked on various testing types such as Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke & Mobile testing

• Proficient in SQL (query, inserts, updates, joins)

• Experience with MVC architectures is a plus

• Experience with scripting in Python is a plus

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
