QA Department Manager (Metal Casting & Forming)

Job description:

• Interacting cross-functionally with departments to ensure related products and processes are compatible to meet quality requirements.
• Leading quality improvement projects with internal and external departments for continuous improvements and followed up on project progress according to the master plan.
• Leading the implementation of the process quality control plan, measurement analysis system, and work instructions including seeking opportunities for improvements.
• Reviewing Quality work instruction procedures to meet company and customer requirements.
• Reviewing and summarizing quality problems periodically and preparing quality reports concerning department activities for quality improvement plans.
• Conducting root cause analysis for corrective & and preventative actions from customer complaints. (8D etc.)
• Take the role of QMR including summarization for management review meetings and future action plans.
• Supporting and coordinating related quality certification and surveillance audits.
• Oversee and manipulate Quality subordinates align with company policies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related fields.
• Age 38-45 Years.
• IATF16949, ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001 : 2015 and QMR course experienced.
• Have good leadership with relevant departments and customers. Strong presentation skills.
• Good command of English both written and communication.
• Energetic and positive mindset. Ability to drive yourself under pressure.
