QC Programmer - Manufacturing/Aerospace (Chonburi)

Job Opportunity: QC Programmer
The QC programmer is responsible for the measuring machines (Romer arm, VMM, Profile, etc.), and makes sure the measuring machines can be used efficiently and accurately. The primary jobs are to create the measuring machines program (Romer arm, VMM, Profile, etc.), select the suitable measuring equipment for inspection of the part, set the inspection standard, and be a trainer for QC workers regarding using the measuring machines. The QC programmer directly reports to the QC manager.

Responsibilities:

• Control the measuring machines (Romer arm, VMM, Profile, etc.) and equipment.
• Define measuring points according to the drawing, and create the Romer arm, VMM, and Profile program to measure the products.
• Standardize the Romer arm, VMM, and Profile program and generate the inspection data.
• Training to the QC workers regarding using the measuring machines.
• Work in conformance with company quality policy, quality procedure, environmental.
• Anything the QC manager deems necessary.

Requirements:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent level of experience or higher.
• At least 2-year experience in quality engineer.
• Use PCDMIS CAD software, Solid works will be advantaged.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Basic knowledge of Geometric dimensional and tolerance (GD&T).
• Technical skill in use of measurement equipment ,familiar with industry standards and able to teach others to use equipment properly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals in a team environment within the organization.
• Good command of the English language.
• Computer skills for MS Office.
• Can working 6 Days/week (Mon-Sat)
