QMS Management Engineer (Plastics & Chemical Industry) / 5 days

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Quality Leader in managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, EFfCI, Halal, and Kosher.
• Lead and coordinate external audits, including global and customer-specific audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits in line with global QMS requirements; maintain a pool of trained internal auditors.
• Support supplier quality assurance, including audits, approvals, raw material qualifications, and manufacturing process reviews.
• Ensure QMS integrity is maintained during any site changes or transitions.
• Monitor and report QMS performance, highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Schedule and lead QMS activities such as management reviews and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in QMS, including ISO 9001 and GMP compliance
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and compliance
• Proven experience in leading audits and improving QMS
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
