Briefly job summary
Develops, implements, reviews and improves the quality systems in order to ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements (CSR's), industry standards IATF 16949 and company business systems requirements.
Focuses on managing product / process quality performance, Quality Management Systems, Warranty Performance and Customer Satisfaction measures. Robust understanding of Problem-Solving methods that enables sound interactions with customer and company stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field of Engineering is preferred.
10+ years of work experience in automotive manufacturing business, preferably knowledge of welding process system.
Prefer candidates with ASQ certification such as Certified Manager of Quality / Organization Excellence (CQM/OE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt).
Proven experience with scrap reduction.
Expertise in Quality Management Systems.
Demonstrate key company values including but not limited to passion and sense of urgency.
Strong ability to develop talent employee.
Excellent problem solver, understand continuous improvement tools such as 8D report.
Good command of English and Thai.
