Recruitment Executive (Contract 6 Month)
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and corporate behavior model
Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research
Identify and connect with the best-matched applicants for particular job profiles by scanning and reviewing multiple resumes obtained from various channels
Coordinate with line managers in arranging, conducting interviews and candidate selection for assigned positions.
Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage high-level interviews and prepare employment contract with final pay compensation packages in collaboration with HR departments
Maintain documentation and administer offer, welcome new hires and hand over information to HR Operations team
Manage and Coordinate for Temporary staff
Qualification
More than 4 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
High proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, Power point)
Good English communication both verbal and written
Good interpersonal and communication skill and be able to build relationship at all levels
