Regional Investigator

Position: Region Investigator
Location: Bangkok Office - The 9th Tower (MRT Rama 9)
Languages Required: Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on fraud, harassment, corruption, and policy violations

• Interview staff and analyze evidence (documents, digital, etc.)

• Draft reports with findings and recommendations

• Maintain case records and analyze trends

• Train/coach HR or Security team on investigations

• Support security tasks such as audits and VIP visits

Key Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in workplace investigations

• Bachelor's degree (Law, HR, or related fields preferred)

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred

• Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, writing)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of compliance, labor law, and data protection

• Experience in multinational or culturally diverse environments
