Job Purpose:

Major Accountabilities:
Core Functions:

  • Guide the sales team in effectively promoting and selling financial products to both prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure that the sales team delivers high-quality presentations and demonstrations, aiding customers in selecting the most suitable financial solutions.
  • Motivate, manage, and develop team members to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to maximize resource utilization.

  • Analyze sales data to formulate both short-term and long-term sales tactics.

  • Able to relocate to an assigned region
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly with credit cards, personal loans, and non-life insurance products.
  • Relevant Experience: Significant experience in managing large teams and in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector.
  • Travel: Frequent travel across various provinces in the region is required.
  • Experience in Team Management: Proven ability to manage large teams, ideally comprising 50-100 people or more.
