We're on the lookout for a driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the business development efforts of our new Industrial Estate in Chonburi. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in industrial real estate sales and marketing to play a key role in growing a landmark development in one of Thailand's most dynamic industrial hubs.
Responsibilities
Drive the full-cycle sales of industrial land - from prospecting to closing.
Identify and build relationships with manufacturers, logistics providers, and other key industrial clients.
Design and launch impactful marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand identity across all platforms.
Partner with creative agencies and suppliers to develop premium marketing materials.
Track sales and marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Deliver regular insights and reports to the management team.
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Project Development teams to align efforts.
Liaise with government bodies, real estate agents, and brokers to expand our network and drive land sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. (Master's or certifications are a plus!)
3+ years of relevant experience in industrial property or estate sales.
Strong knowledge of land transactions and the industrial market landscape.
Fluent in English and/or Chinese with excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy: MS Office, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.
Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset - with a love for delivering measurable results.
