Job Description:
Responsible for proposing, recommending and checking the performance of regular employees and temporary workers in the treatment center
Responsible for coaching and advising employees to increase revenue or number of patients to achieve target in every month
Monitor the performance in treatment center to ensure efficiency and quality in customer service
Maintain treatment center's revenue for target achievement in every month
Present the products of assignments and support for sales target achievement
Negotiate with the authority person in hospitals for patient transferring to be treated in treatment center
Evaluate employee's performance and activities in treatment center
Preserve a sustainable working environment
Manage and prepare employees' performance before processing and in progress of operation to be efficient
Handle and inspect Radiological examination in accordance with the patients and hospital needs
Provide and serve facilities for streamlined and fast service
Control, monitor, and provide security to patients and employees
Control operation schedules of employees in treatment center
