Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 08:30-17:30

** Work 2 Saturdays per month, at the beginning and end of the month

Reporting to: Company Owner

Expertise: Knowledgeable in market structure, project groups, and effective communication skills.

Special Skills: Proficient in designing specifications, capable of calculating and advising on the installation system for electrical and electronic products to customers.

  1. Responsible for developing and meeting specifications and requirements related to product specifications.
  2. Prepare comprehensive sales materials to professionally present to clients.
  3. Follow up on inquiries or suggestions from designers or clients, communicating back to management for improvements or future developments.
  4. Regularly visit and engage with customers to foster good relationships.
  5. Study the preferences of each designer to find opportunities to care for their specific needs and build good relationships with customers.
  6. Provide prompt and efficient customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  7. Summarize the list of new customers.
  8. Strive to achieve set goals and summarize KPI results.
  9. Summarize problems and solutions encountered in all areas for management assistance in problem-solving.
  10. Responsible for summarizing and reporting results regarding sample products and returning samples. If sales staff cannot collect samples, they must fill out the specified form and send it to the delivery department for collection.
