We're Hiring: Sales Engineer & Sales Supervisor - Construction Materials [50k - 90k]

Location: Bangkok & Surrounding Provinces (Occasional travel to areas like Chonburi)

We are looking for two dynamic professionals to join our team in the construction materials industry. Whether you're passionate about hands-on sales or ready to lead a team - we have the right opportunity for you.

Position 1: Sales Engineer (Individual Contributor Role) - Rama 9 area



Responsibilities:

  • Focus on finding new clients (70%) and managing existing clients (30%)

  • Handle B2B project-based sales to main contractors, developers, designers, and project owners

  • Identify and approach potential construction projects and decision-makers

  • Deliver tailored product presentations and value-added solutions to each client

  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure successful project delivery

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and keep records using CRM tools

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to marketing and management

  • Conduct regular client and site visits, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to after-sales



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project sales

  • Strong understanding of project-based sales with contractors and developers

  • Energetic, proactive, and well-presented

  • English and AutoCAD skills required

Position 2: Sales Supervisor (Team Leader Role) - Pathum Thani area



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 sales staff

  • Set individual and team KPIs and ensure target achievement

  • Develop sales strategies and motivate the team to win construction-related projects

  • Work closely with clients and support team members in key project negotiations

  • Monitor market trends, assist in competitor analysis, and expand client base

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction



Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams in the construction material industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Background in dealing with main contractors, developers, or designers is preferred

  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and ready to take ownership

  • English and AutoCAD not required
