Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer care within the responsible business sector.
- Regularly visit existing clients to foster strong relationships and gather insights on investment and financial preferences.
- Research and understand the financial landscape of potential clients.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to promote leasing services and enhance the company's reputation.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, promoting leasing services and seeking potential partnerships.
- Present and negotiate quotations with clients.
- Follow up on client quotations to secure sales.
- Monitor expiration notices from clients.
- Collect all necessary documentation for credit approval.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues.
- Negotiate with suppliers on leased asset specifications, agreement start dates, and payment terms.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing Promotion team to streamline processes.
- Prepare monthly commission reports for management review.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by Department Supervisors.
