Conduct Market research and plan sales activities.
Identify the potential customers and conduct sales call and emails.
Obtain customers requirement and work with internal team to provide best services solutions.
Handle all customer accounts for all trade lanes/trade terms.
Manage entire sales process such as proposals, quotations, rate negotiation and contracts.
Achieve sales target.
Attend to customer queries.
Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and partners for increasing sales.
Keep sales activities data for weekly, monthly and year report to management team.
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or other related fields.
1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
Knowledge of local transportations regulation.
Self-driven, independent, and willing to take on challenges.
Service minded and mature, with a pleasant. personality and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to provide immediate responses and make good judgements without supervision.
Ability to give and receive feedback.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS office.
