Job Description:

• Drive growth and achieve sales targets through effective sales team management.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
• Oversee recruiting, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Foster and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
• Present detailed reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging markets and market trends, staying informed about new products and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales supervisor or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through training and workshops.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influential skills at all organizational levels.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proficient in English.
