Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales or related field
• Minimum 10 years' in sales with 5 years' proven sales team management experience with auto part aftermarket background
• Understand the nature of businesses and maintain the close relationship with clients
• Ability to sell concepts and solutions, ability to develop the customers, ability to communicate on different levels in the customers organization
• Ability to manage and develop sales teams to achieve short-term and long-term goals
• Good analysis and planning skills
• Good interpersonal skills, human relations and communication skills
• Ability to build long term relationships, self-running and independent
• Negotiation skills and service mind oriented
• Hard working and able to work under pressure
• Eager learner and working with high commitment
• Computer literate with English presentation skills.
• Comfortable and composed speaking and writing English as an international company

Responsible:

• Report to Regional Sales and Marketing Manager
• Responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies & distribution channels
• Identifying and expanding business opportunities to increase profitability of company
• Developing channel plans and trade programs to ensure the achievement of sales target
• Maintaining business relationship with key accounts, focusing on aftermarket channel
• Develops and leads implementation of professional selling process appropriate for each area, channel and customer.
• Lead, motivate, develop the professionalism of area sales executive team, and engender a cooperative environment in Sales & Marketing and their contact with other entities.
