Sales Manager (Chemical Products)
Our client is a global leader in food additives and chemical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion through cold calling and regular client engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
- Negotiate pricing and volumes with customers to maximize profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning sales efforts with the company's growth objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO to set the annual sales budget.
- Collect, analyze, and present market, competitor, and industry data to inform the company's strategic direction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building a network with diverse industry professionals.
- Oversee and enforce payment terms for customers, ensuring adherence to minimize financial risks and maintain healthy cash flow in all business transactions.
Qualifications:
- A technical degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field, with strong experience in business development within the chemical or related industries.
- 4-5 years of experience in chemical distribution, with a preference for expertise in sectors such as Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, or Oil & Gas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven success in business development and sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and negotiation.
- Industry knowledge and network within the Thailand region.
- Comprehensive understanding of chemical products and their applications.
