Job Title: Sales Manager (Fine chemical / Monomer Department)
Job Description:
- Formulates business strategic plans to attain sales targets and profitability, overseeing market trends and opportunities.
- Cultivates sales teams through recruitment, training, coaching, and disciplinary measures.
- Establishes marketing and sales objectives, encompassing sales volume, profitability, and market share by product and industry sectors.
- Drives product development and coordinates production requirements.
- Generates sales forecasts and manages stock inventory procurement, staying abreast of market trends to enhance team performance and sales operations.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: General Manager (GM)
- Subordinates: 1 Supervisor / 1 Sales Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field.
- Fundamental knowledge of chemicals used in color production, such as house paint and printing ink.
- Understanding of product distribution channels for chemical products.
- Familiarity with searching for new customers.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes requiring chemical components.
- Experience in team management.
- Negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English communication for supplier interactions.
- Owns a car with a valid driving license.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint for presentations.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15-17:15
