Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving individual and group sales goals to include the corporate, meetings and incentive market segments.
Maintain an on-going relationship with colleagues, hotel current and past clients.
Strong knowledge of luxury hotels and client demographics associated with this market segment.
Possess high-level negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management with attention to deadlines.
Proactive thinking and planning.
Work directly with key decisions makers from Corporate, Wholesales and DMCs, negotiating rates and confirming their accommodation, meetings, and events.
Understanding the current market situation and being able to develop and implement sales plans.
Understanding partners marketing campaign and be able to develop and implement suitable sales campaign to generate resort's business.
Responsible for sales performance and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experienced Sales Manager (pro-active sales) in a four/five-star Hotel.
Proficient in English or ability in the third language, especially Chinese languages would be advantage.
Understanding the Hotel market, including all aspects of conference and events.
A strong individual with the skills set and experience to work within the sales team.
5 years of experience as an Assistant Sales or Sales Manager.
