  • Lead and manage overall sales activities, with a focus on business development to drive growth in the Industry Application business in Thailand.
  • Define market structures and relevant segments, identify target customers and their potential, and match product portfolios to market needs. Develop and set up partnerships with distribution networks and customers.
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives to promote products, developing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to assess their evolving needs and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, product mix, pricing, demand trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure the achievement of global, regional, country, and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participating in industry associations.
  • Keep up-to-date with business climate, applications, and competition within assigned geography and accounts.
  • Provide a high level of commercial and technical service to customers, acting as a business partner to enhance sales activities with strong support.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • B.A in Engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be advantage.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Engineer.
  • Experience working in multinational companies, selling similar or related products (e.g., Piping, MV Cable, Cable Tray, Clamps, Hose, Automotive parts, Compression Fittings), and marketing to distribution centers, industries, or wholesale.
  • Excellent working experience with distributors/dealers.
  • Proven experience in setting up distribution networks for projects and wholesale markets.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution selling or cross-selling as part of organic sales growth.
  • Track record of penetrating new markets and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong skills in Excel, mathematics, and logical thinking.
  • Successful sales track record with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
