Job description
Lead customer communications for ASEAN Japanese OEMs.
Support engineering interface with customers or suppliers for new projects/products.
Lead new business opportunity from ASEAN Japanese OEMs based on product portfolios.
Understand company process and system in line with the ISO 14001 and IATF16949 requirements.
Work with relative teams such as PM, Quality, Manufacturing, Plant engineering include change management & commercial issue.
Responsible for complying with safety and environmental rules and procedures.
Responsible for attending safety and environmental trainings.
Lead customer communication for both existing and new projects, as well as business.
Demonstrate DTS products and technologies including BU products related with AWD project.
Review customer requirement for 4WD systems in new projects.
Pursue new business opportunity for transfer case, coupling and e-LSD systems.
Work with company Engineering groups to ensure products conform to requirements and specifications.
Work with customers and suppliers including global engineering organization in the quotation stage.
Support or participate in testing event with customer.
Lead pre-screen and global quote system activities for new projects and business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree major in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience with automotive OEM (Commercial & Sales) or 1st tier automotive part and engineering experience.
Applications/systems engineering experience.
Knowledge on electrifications in Hybrid or Electric vehicle is preferred.
Knowledge on traction control system, vehicle evaluation and test skills with automotive OEMs.
Good command of Japanese and English.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Project.
