the standard procedures and GMP guidelines.
Assist colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.
Identifying good opportunities to develop the new service or project.
The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed
to sell a particular product or service.
Provide both pre and after-sales advice.
Supporting CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) activities from planning to
specification to acceptance of a machine.
Being responsible for machine-specific documentation (URS, designs, risk analysis, test
plans etc.) and verification strategies following needs of the regulated industry to
achieve quality and compliance.
Supporting the customer with the required range of SOPs and provide the required
guidance.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs
and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
Respond to client's questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide training and service support material for other members of the sales team /
customer.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
