Use technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a
range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.
 Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with
the standard procedures and GMP guidelines.
 Assist colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.
 Identifying good opportunities to develop the new service or project.
 The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed
to sell a particular product or service.
 Provide both pre and after-sales advice.
 Supporting CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) activities from planning to
specification to acceptance of a machine.
 Being responsible for machine-specific documentation (URS, designs, risk analysis, test
plans etc.) and verification strategies following needs of the regulated industry to
achieve quality and compliance.
 Supporting the customer with the required range of SOPs and provide the required
guidance.
 Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs
and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
 Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
 Respond to client's questions and concerns in a timely manner.
 Provide training and service support material for other members of the sales team /
customer.
 Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
