  • Job Responsibilities

    • Sell plastic resins to both automotive and non-automotive industries. Build and maintain a strong network of clients in these sectors.

    • Actively search for new business opportunities and clients within the automotive and non-automotive industries. Identify and target potential clients, and establish long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to promote loyalty and repeat business.

    • Consistently meet or exceed company sales targets. Drive growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of plastic resins to customers in different industries.

    • Regularly update sales records and reports, tracking sales performance, customer interactions, and potential business opportunities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements.

    • Work closely with other teams, including the technical and customer service departments, to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate delivery and logistics to ensure timely product supply.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic resin sales, with extensive knowledge of plastic resin products.

    • Strong passion for sales, with the ability to find and develop new clients while nurturing existing relationships. Must be proactive and goal-driven.

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the company's sales.

    • Good communication skills in English or Chinese, with the ability to effectively interact with international clients.

    • Ability to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license. The company will cover travel expenses.

    • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving goals and targets.

    • Previous experience working with automotive and non-automotive businesses is a plus.
