Job Description:
- Gain a deep understanding of company products through successful completion of the required sales training program.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers and agents in Thailand and Indonesia, both on-site and remotely from production facilities in China and the USA.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve specific company sales revenue and profit targets in the Thailand and Indonesia market.
- Maintain current accounts and actively seek and engage new accounts.
- Establish long-term, productive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with internal Customer Support Representatives to convey technical requirements and ensure excellent service for customers.
- Coordinate with the local Technical Support Team in SE Asia and the Global Support Group based in China, the USA, the UK/Europe, and Australia.
- Provide timely reports to the Sales Director in SE Asia, including customer visits, sales activity reports, presentations, and sales data analysis.
- Forecast future company sales.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with management and cross-functional teams, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare for and participate in expos/tradeshows in the country.
Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the industry of tooling applications on machines ( Products: Wide Web or Narrow Web)
- Bachelor's in any file, prefer in engineering.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Able to travel around Thailand and sometime Indonesia.
- Good IT skills and literacy, with the capacity to access a comprehensive database to accurately extract and update information required to quote, prepare reports, and assist with order processing when required.
