Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, present, and close new B2B sales opportunities for coffee products within assigned territories, including hotels, offices, coffee shops, and restaurants.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the product offerings, managing the full sales lifecycle-from lead generation and solution consultation through to order fulfillment and payment collection.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, including executives, procurement officers, and operations teams.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations at client locations and at the Phuket Experience Center.
  • Focus product sales efforts on roasted coffee blends and premium equipment brands, including:
    • Espresso Machines: Cimbali, STORM & TEMPESTA, CREM
    • Automatic Coffee Machines: Dr. Coffee
    • Syrups & Mixers: Giffard
    • Cleaning Solutions: Cafetto
      (Note: Additional product lines may be added in the future.)
  • Leverage selling tools to position and deliver comprehensive commercial coffee solutions to B2B clients.
  • Utilize the company's ERP/CRM system (Odoo.com) to manage customer accounts, track recurring orders, and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in relevant hospitality and F&B industry associations and networks as assigned.
  • Support marketing efforts by engaging in promotional events and campaigns in the Southern Thailand territory (e.g., public cuppings, Giffard events).
  • Stay up to date with trends, competitors, and emerging products in the B2B coffee and equipment market.
  • Attend regular internal sales meetings (via MS Teams and in person when required).


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee and/or F&B product sales to hotels and restaurants in Phuket or Samui area.
  • Active working relationships with key hotel F&B decision-makers in Phuket or Samui(e.g., F&B Managers, Directors).
  • TOEIC score of at least 700 or equivalent English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine analytical thinking (e.g., project or account management) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for the food & beverage industry is essential. Candidates with experience in hospitality or a strong interest in coffee culture are highly encouraged to apply.
