Senior Accounting & Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payables, receivables, and product cost accounting processes.
• Oversee daily transactions including document verification to ensure adherence to local tax standards.
• Record journal entries in line with company policies and Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
• Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, vendor/customer ledgers, and internal records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Develop and submit quarterly and annual reports to meet regulatory and internal audit standards.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle timely submission of VAT, CIT, and PIT in compliance with Thai tax regulations.
• Support tax planning efforts and cost control strategies to maximize compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors during tax inspections and respond to inquiries.
• Manage VAT refund requests, both monthly and annually.
• Lead preparation of the company's annual budget in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor actual performance vs. budget and propose adjustments when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Thailand.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or similar fields.
• Strong grasp of Thai accounting practices and financial standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and general office software.
• Experience with companies operating under BOI privileges.
• CPD license holder in good standing.
• Conversational ability in Chinese for cross-team communication is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively under deadlines.
