The client company is an international Singapore law firm that specializes in cross-border transactions, local contracts, intellectual property, and litigation.
Main requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing foreign investment, corporate, and commercial law within a law firm.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential, especially in drafting. (Chinese is an advantage)
- Demonstrated initiative, the ability to work semi-independently, and strong client interfacing skills are required.
- Familiarity with the practices and policy stances of the Board of Investment and the Department of Business Development under the Ministry of Commerce is necessary.
Job Description:
- Assisting with the establishment and registration of new business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs).
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements entered into by the company with other parties.
- Providing advice on client issues based on their specific needs.
- Mentoring junior colleagues.
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by the company.
