Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Review, and Sourcing teams to resolve any discrepancies or technical issues in drawings and specifications.
- Organize customer's Bill of Materials (BOM) and project details along with purchasing information into a standard format for sourcing purposes.
- Collect and organize supplier quotes and project data, including costs and technical specifications.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers within timeline.
- Maintain organized records of RFQ documents.
- Create detailed reports on cost analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Assess and respond to price variance requests from sales/customers.
- Review and adjust pricing annually based on market trends and costs.
- Cooperate between engineering and sales to ensure accurate product pricing.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, business management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Costing Engineering, Sale, Marketing, Pricing.
- Capable of understanding engineering/manufacturing drawings and familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerance standards
- General knowledge with the procedures for estimating the cost of manufacturing and time to build.
- Highly organized and adept at meeting tight deadlines for multiple RFQs with less supervision and limited information.
- Comfortable and proficient in clear and effective client communication, both in person, in writing, and on the phone.
- Excellent coordination skills with strong communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards work.
