Senior Costing - 307

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Review, and Sourcing teams to resolve any discrepancies or technical issues in drawings and specifications.
• Organize customer's Bill of Materials (BOM) and project details along with purchasing information into a standard format for sourcing purposes.
• Collect and organize supplier quotes and project data, including costs and technical specifications.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers within timeline.
• Maintain organized records of RFQ documents.
• Create detailed reports on cost analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Assess and respond to price variance requests from sales/customers.
• Review and adjust pricing annually based on market trends and costs.
• Cooperate between engineering and sales to ensure accurate product pricing.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, business management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Costing Engineering, Sale, Marketing, Pricing.
• Capable of understanding engineering/manufacturing drawings and familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerance standards
• General knowledge with the procedures for estimating the cost of manufacturing and time to build.
• Highly organized and adept at meeting tight deadlines for multiple RFQs with less supervision and limited information.
• Comfortable and proficient in clear and effective client communication, both in person, in writing, and on the phone.
• Excellent coordination skills with strong communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Proactive and positive attitude towards work.
