Responsibilities:
- Establish business and manufacturing strategy including budgeting plan.
- Implement company action plan & corrective action plan to achieve approved budget.
- Ensure that New Project, Process and Quality Engineers to develop manufacturing processes that will be used as standards and continuously improved.
- Ensure that industrialization of new products is done according to industrial standards.
- Ensure valid completely new products launches.
- Ensure product modification will be done on time.
- Support and raise up when approved ideas of design, and process reformation leading to material and products cost continuous reduction.
- Ensure that the quality system is executed, and all quality problems detected are analyzed and solved on time.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the logistic system for maximum service to customers.
- Determine & execute the continuous improvement activities to growth employee skills & productive, maintenance inventory/ ng goods level and cost.
- Interface with clusters, product groups & regional operations to increase productivity reservoir, benchmark, and animate networks.
- Plant development on 5 pillars along with company production system, product & innovation, safety & people and purchasing.
- Ensure correct staffing & competence, HSE.
- General management and connect with department of legal, local customer and maintain labor relation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Extensive 15-20 years for Plant / Manufacturing operation with at least 5-7 years to lead Senior Managers and Manager team.
- Proven experience and background from Automotive Part / OEM business.
