Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with Production and Engineering to ensure safe and efficient production process
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
- Responsible for all ECNs, ensuring accurate completion on schedule
- Manage BOMs in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Program)
- Create and maintain all production Work Instructions and process flows
- Assisting in Project Management for new products coming into production
- Act as an advisor to design engineering and service teams regarding technical date
- Assist Thailand supply chain & sourcing engineer with component localization and cost reduction project
- Continuous improvement of production process and flow
- Responsible for department KPIs and ISO9001 compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or relevant field
- 5+ years' experience in production engineering field
- Proven ability to manage projects and complete under challenging conditions
- Growth mindset - ability to adjust and learn new skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics Program, Solid Works and AutoCAD
- Analytical and mathematical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possessing the following practical skills and experience are a distinct advantage:
- Experience in Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
- Good in English written and spoken
