Senior Program Executive - Warehouse/Logistics (New Plant)

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. Coordinates cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations, drives performance metrics, and manages project execution

• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts or support the Program Manager in managing these accounts.
• Establish rapport and explore new business opportunities by regularly visiting customers to understand their needs and provide sales support.
• Ensure that committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and fulfilled.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, account receivables, and inventory holding.
• Provide updates on supported accounts.
• Analyse existing account opportunities and threats.
• Manage projects, including planning and execution.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) implementations, including quotations, planning, and execution.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
