• Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
• Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
• Configuraiton maintain various System and Security deivce(e.g Microsoft, Vmware, O365, AWS, Azure, Firewall).
• Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issue.
• Work with under pressure and others assigned by CTO.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Have experience with System, Network.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional team environment
• Good communication in English
• Good presentation skill
