Job Description

Lead, consult, and supervise junior staff in troubleshooting technical problems.
Review and analyze complex system issues, proactively identify potential problems, and develop solutions to prevent them.
Consult with customers (ad-hoc meetings) to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
Configure and maintain a variety of systems and security devices, including Microsoft products, VMware, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and firewalls.
Implement new systems and upgrades according to established procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues efficiently.
Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks as assigned by the CTO.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or related role.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) a plus.
Experience configuring and maintaining security devices (firewalls).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate in English.
